PDL ASPHALT :
Property Development Limited (PDL) uses the state-of-the-art technology for manufacturing Asphalt. Our asphalt plant mainly produce Hot Mix Asphalt known as HMA. Hot Mix Asphalt is produced by mixing stone, bitumen and filler material like stone dust and sometimes also cement (Ordinary Portland Cement) at a higher temperature thus producing asphalt concrete. Asphalt concrete are maintained at around 165ºC and strictly maintaining temperature as it is the single most crucial factor for asphalt concrete.
